SHIPPING POLICY

 

Our Shipping policy is as follow.  Orders over $30.00 are free shipping, order less than $30.00 are rated based on the carriers' selected rate. 

 

When Will I Receive My Order?

 

Please allow us at least a week to have tor order ship.  We typically try to have all order fulfilled within three days of receiving your order, but for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is a delay, we will try to have your order fulfill within a week, or as soon as possible.  Our goal is to have your products to you as soon as we can.

 

What Is The Cost For Shipping?

 

We currently use USPS as our primary mode of shipping orders.  All order less the $30.00, will be priced based on the carriers' rate.  Order at least $30.00 are free shipping.  That will include returns and exchanges if in compliance with our return policy. 

 

Do We Ship Internationally?

 

At this time our website is sent up to accept domestics order in the United States.  We are also able to ship to Canada and Mexico.  If you are not with any of these locations and are interested we will try to work with you to get products to you; you will have to send us an email directly to process your order.  

 

RETURN POLICY

Courageous Beauty Spa strives to provide our customers with a pleasant shopping experience.  We do not accept returns because of the products we sale we are unable to.  If you are not %100 satisficed with your purchase please notify us as soon as possible and we will work hard to correct any issues.   

 

Shipping Charges are non-refundable

refunds or credits will be issued within 15 days of your return being received

Each order is only valid for a one time exchange.

 

We strongly recommend that if you need to return a product please get in contact with us first and we will give you further instructions.

 

Damaged Items

 

We will do everything possible for our customers to receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.  We carefully package every order to prevent damage during transit.  In the event that your order is damaged during transit, we can assist with opening a claim and reviewing the matter further.

 

Exchange Policy

 

We do not charge an exchange fee to you, but you, the buyer, will be responsible for the $4.99 shipping fee on eligible items.  Please submit exchange request within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order by clicking on contact us and sending us a message. 

 

CREDIT CARDS and DEBIT CARDS

 

If it is necessary to cancel an order placed with a debit card or credit car, we do not have any way of "canceling" or " Releasing" an authorization.  Only your bank can do this.  The authorization will eventually expire and the "hold" on your account will be released.  You bank determines the amount of the hold and we do not have access to that information.
